Report abuse
Tell us about illegal content or abuse on Spool Cloud, in a share link, a team project or a comment.
Last updated 21 October 2026.
Where to send it
Email abuse@spool.page. A person reads every message; it isn't answered by a machine. Write in English or Swedish.
The same address is our single point of contact for the authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services under the Digital Services Act, and for users of Spool Cloud. It accepts English and Swedish.
What to include
So that we can act on it, a notice should hold:
- why you believe the content is illegal or abusive;
- where it is: the exact link, such as a share link or a page on spool.page, and anything else that finds it, such as a frame's name;
- your name and email address, unless you are reporting child sexual abuse material, which you may report without them;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that what you say is accurate and complete.
If your notice is about copyright or another right of yours, say which right and that you hold it or act for whoever does.
What happens next
We confirm that your notice arrived, look at it with care and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided and whether you may challenge it. If we remove or restrict the content, the person who put it there gets a statement of reasons, as our Terms describe. Where content suggests a threat to someone's life or safety, we act at once and inform the police.
